Communications and Events Manager: This role will be responsible for developing the strategy for Foundation events and speaking engagements at external conferences. This position will explore potential branding and partnership opportunities with outside organizations, and support messaging, logistics, and execution of various in-house events, such as research paper launches, in-state events with members of Congress, and industry and international events such as COP28 and the World Food Prize. Government Affairs Manager: This role will support and coordinate legislative strategy planning and execution related to the Foundation's U.S. government-facing policy and advocacy priorities. Work will include organizing and supporting meetings and engagements with the U.S. government and other external partners, assisting with developing and executing events, attending external meetings and/or events on behalf of the Foundation as appropriate, and ensuring advocacy efforts are run efficiently and effectively. This role will also provide monitoring and analysis of key policy issues and activities related to Foundation priorities, including conservation, and ensure that advocacy measurement, evaluation, and learning systems are effectively in place on behalf of the team.
